Operator: Charlie Whight (individual, based in Spain) — will be updated to the company name once a Spanish legal entity is registered.
Welcome to CertTutor — a free tool to help you prepare for AWS certification exams. Think of us as your practice partner, not your exam guarantee.
1. What CertTutor is (and isn't)
CertTutor helps you learn and test your AWS knowledge through practice questions and a readiness score. It is operated by Charlie Whight, an individual based in Spain.
CertTutor is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Amazon Web Services, Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., or any of their affiliates. AWS® is a registered trademark of Amazon Web Services, Inc. CertTutor has no relationship with Amazon and makes no claim to represent AWS certification programmes.
2. No guarantee of exam success
Our practice questions and readiness score are designed to help you gauge your preparation — not to guarantee you will pass your actual exam.
Exam content is set by Amazon Web Services and can change at any time. Your result depends on your own effort, knowledge, and the specific questions on the day. CertTutor cannot predict or influence your actual exam outcome.
The readiness score is an indicator, not a promise.
3. Who can use CertTutor
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. What we collect and why
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Email address — to create your account and send you important updates
- Password — stored as a secure one-way hash; we cannot read it and will never share it
- Study session data — your answers to practice questions, used to personalise your study plan and improve the product
- Exam date (optional) — if you choose to provide it, we use it to pace your preparation
We do not sell your data to anyone. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of liability
CertTutor is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charlie Whight (as operator) is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of CertTutor, including but not limited to exam failure, lost study progress, data loss, or service interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish law (including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of CertTutor will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts of the operator's place of residence.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as CertTutor evolves. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of CertTutor after notification means you accept the updated terms.
